Who we are
Dushanbe Innovation Institute (DII), 32B Bahouddinov Street, Dushanbe, Tajikistan (“we”) operates this website. Contact for privacy questions: contact@dii.tj.
What we collect
- Data you send through our forms: name, email, phone, programme of interest, messages and uploaded documents (e.g. CV, transcripts).
- Your email if you subscribe to our news.
- Anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, device type, language, referring site). We do not use advertising cookies and do not store IP addresses in our statistics.
- Questions you ask the AI assistant, which are processed to generate the answer and are not linked to your identity.
Why we use it
To process applications and enquiries, contact you about admission, employment or your request, send news you subscribed to, and improve the website.
Storage and security
Data is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase) servers in the European Union with encryption and restricted access for authorised DII staff only. Uploaded documents are never publicly accessible.
How long we keep it
Application and enquiry data — as long as needed to handle them and meet legal obligations; newsletter subscriptions — until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to contact@dii.tj. We process personal data in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan on personal data protection.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. It is shared only with service providers that host the website (Google Cloud) or when required by law.
